Welcome to Wholesome Food Catering, a casual, eco-friendly and healthy foods off-premises catering business, centrally located between Allentown and Reading. Also, the location of Wholesome Food Farm, where we raise grass fed Black Angus.
We are family owned and operated, serving the following counties: Berks; Bucks; Chester; Lehigh; Montgomery; and Northampton.
Wholesome Food Catering is committed to making environmentally and socially conscious decisions in all aspects of our catering services. We are pleased to offer a variety of sustainable foods and continue striving to source locally, reducing waste, and minimizing our impact on the earth, while upholding quality foods and services.
All food is prepared thoughtfully from scratch. A variety of menu options are offered, which include vegetarian; vegan; and gluten-free. We recognize where our food comes from, by supporting local farms, and sourcing our ingredients carefully. By doing so, we can incorporate seasonal tastes in our menus, for a delicious and healthful experience. Produce is generally organic. Our meats are grass fed and free range, as well as antibiotic and hormone free.
Our mission is to provide a wonderful taste experience through the use of local foods.
